The council will conduct a membership drive at Queen of Peace Parish church on February 11th and 12th, 2023.

In order to have a successful event we need as many council members as possible to volunteer to assist by becoming part of our AMBASSADOR TEAMS. A team consists of a Team Leader and a minimum of 5 Ambassadors.

A separate team is being formed for each weekend mass, including the Spanish masses.

The duties of the team members are:

1.       Greet parishioners arriving for mass on February 11th and 12th, 2023 (starting 30 minutes before mass). Wear something which identifies you as a member of the Knights of Columbus – a shirt, vest, nametag, etc,

2 Contact each eligible male parishioner as they exit the church after mass and ask them if they are interested in becoming a Knight. Direct those that show an interest to the Gathering Space where a separate group of volunteers will complete the registration process. (about 30 minutes maximum).

Please be sure to indicate which mass or masses you are volunteering for. You can be a member of more than one team. Also, we are looking for about a half dozen members to assist in registering in the gathering Space after the masses. You will need a smartphone or laptop to help in this area.
