Join us at the hall to celebrate Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras with a traditional Louisiana Gumbo Dinner. Our new Insurance Agent - Austin Burns - who hails from Monroe, Louisiana, has volunteered to show off his culinary skills as a genuine Cajun cook with his own very special recipe for Gumbo that only a genuine Louisiana Swamp Rat can prepare. This will be a fundraiser.

The meal consists of spaghetti, meatballs a variety of sauces furnished by Council members, salad, bread and beverages. The Ladies Auxiliary will be selling deserts and snacks. The celebration starts with a Mass at 5PM followed by a reception in Pentecost Hall. Our CouncIl will be responsible for setting up the hall and cleanup after the event - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The Archdiocese of Denver conducts an annual mass for veterans at the Colorado Freedom Memorial, which is located within our Council’s boundaries. We support this event financially as well as by providing traffic control for the event.
